Court Programs:
Adult Drug Court - It is a court-supervised, comprehensive drug treatment court for non-violent defendants. A voluntary program that involves frequent appearances before the drug court judge, substance abuse treatment and frequent, random testing for substance abuse.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation) - A process whereby a neutral third person called a mediator acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute between two or more parties. The mediation conference is informal, confidential and nonadversarial.

Behavioral Evaluations - The program seeks to identify unaddressed mental health, substance abuse, and family problems and to help to link youth and their families to existing community resources. The Behavioral Evaluation program serves delinquent and/or dependent youth ages 7-18 and their families.

Child Support Enforcement - All cases filed by the Department of Revenue are heard by a hearing officer. All hearing officers have authority under Fla. Fam. L. Rs. P. 12.491 and 12.615 to conduct hearings, evaluate evidence, and render findings of fact, and then make conclusions of law and recommendations which are sent to a circuit judge in the form of an order.

Domestic Violence - A restraining order can be filed by anyone who is the victim of any act of domestic violence or has reasonable cause to believe he or she is in imminent danger of becoming the victim of any act of domestic violence.

Family Law - Handles all domestic violence restraining orders, divorces, child support issues, parental responsibility/visitation issues, name changes, adoptions and all juvenile matters.

Probate and Guardianship - Probate Division is also responsible for administering the law in numerous areas in the mental health arena. A guardianship monitor investigates allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation of the elderly in guardianship cases.

Juvenile Arbitration Program - A diversion program for first time juvenile misdemeanor offenders. Juveniles who enter the program and successfully complete it will earn a dismissal of their charge from the referring agency.
