IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER PI-CTY-98-08

RE: SMALL CLAIMS COURT - APPROVED FORMS

In order to provide a uniform method for the disposition of Small Claims cases, it is hereby

ORDERED:

1. The attached forms are hereby adopted for use within the Small Claims Sections of the County Court, in and for Pinellas County:

a. Stipulation to Stay Entry of Judgment

b. Sworn Statement of Court Costs and/or Interest

c. Instruction Sheet for Small Claims Cases

2. The Clerk of Court for Pinellas County shall cause such forms to be reproduced and provided for use in Small Claims proceedings.

Pinellas County Court Administrative Orders 87-9 and 91-25 are hereby rescinded.
