IN AND FOR PASCO AND PINELLAS COUNTIES, FLORIDA

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. PA/PI-CIR-96-62 S1096062

RE: ARBITRATORS

Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.810(a) requires the chief judge of the circuit to maintain a list of qualified persons who have agreed to serve as arbitrators; and

Florida Rule For Court-Appointed Arbitrators 11.020 further requires that arbitrators attend training in a program approved by the Supreme Court of Florida; and

It has been brought to the attention of this court that each of the persons listed on Attachment A:

a. has completed training in accordance with Florida Rule For Court Appointed Arbitrators 11.020; or

b. is a former Florida trial judge and has submitted documentation of such experience to the chief judge; and

In order to provide the court with a list of arbitrators from which to draw qualified individuals to act as arbitrators in this circuit, it is

ORDERED:

1. Each person listed on the Attachment A is hereby qualified to act as an arbitrator in and for the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

2. Pinellas County Administrative Orders 88-155, 89-60, 89-137, 89-164, 90-61, 90 172, 91-14,
91-16, 91-40, 91-88, 91-122, 91-169, 92-169, 93-38, 93-64, 93-147, 94-12, 94-44, 94-61, 94-88, 94-102, 94-103, 94-104, 94-166, 95-1, 95-121 and 95-129 are hereby rescinded.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, at St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, this 27th day of June, 1996.
