RE: LOCAL RULES OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
The local
rules of the Sixth Judicial Circuit have recently been amended and in order
to provide a complete listing of the current rules, it is
ORDERED:
1. The Attached Local Rules
are the current local rules of the Sixth Judicial Circuit as approved by the
Supreme Court as follows:
a. Local Rules 1-5 were approved on May 19, 2004; and
b.
Local Rule 6 was approved on June
1, 1999, and
c.
Local Rule 9A was approved on May
12, 1998; and
d. Local Rule 9B was approved on March 31, 1998.
2. All prior local rules shall be considered obsolete and rescinded.
Administrative Orders
PA/PI - CIR 99-43 and PA/PI - CIR 01-67 are hereby rescinded.
